Jason is an experienced senior executive with a background in public, private, military and non-profit leadership. Prior to joining North Atlantic Capital, he co-founded and helped lead ASTRO America, a non-profit think tank and research institute focused on advanced manufacturing technology in defense and aerospace supply chains.

Before founding ASTRO, Jason worked for more than a decade supporting various government agencies, including the Department of Defense, State Department, Defense Intelligence Agency and the White House. In 2013, shortly after returning from deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq as a Reserve Army Intelligence Officer, Jason co-founded and helped lead No One Left Behind, a charity that has helped to save and support more than 30,000 Afghan and Iraqi wartime allies.

Jason graduated with a BA in Government from Georgetown University. He received a postgraduate diploma in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and completed coursework at the University of St. Andrews toward a PhD in International Relations (Terrorism Studies) before stopping his studies due to an Army deployment.

When he isn’t working, Jason spends his time with his wife and family; he plans to return to playing hockey and sailing when his kids are older.
